1. Services

Sentinel Command provides monitoring, verification, escalation, and documentation services for temperature, video, and life safety systems. Services are delivered under applicable licensing and through partner monitoring centers where required by jurisdiction.

2. Service Limitations

Monitoring and dispatch procedures vary by jurisdiction. We provide verification and escalation workflows; response times depend on third parties and site conditions. We do not guarantee specific response times or outcomes from third-party responders.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining their equipment in working order, providing accurate contact and escalation information, and notifying us of changes to site conditions or authorized personnel.

4. Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is established through individual proposals and service agreements. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Services may be suspended for non-payment after reasonable notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service during the period in which the incident occurred. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party responders, equipment failures beyond our control, or circumstances beyond reasonable anticipation.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for safety concerns or material breach.
